Problems with Lunch Money Top Ups

Dear Families,
We would like to apologise for the problems you may have been experiencing with lunch money top ups via MCAS currently.
There is an issue with the software that communicates between the dining hall tills and MCAS and our IT team are working hard with an external company to try and fix the issue. The impact of this is that any top ups you make via MCAS are not being displayed on the till system. Please be assured that the payments will be visible on Bromcom.
Because of this issue, please be assured that the students are allowed to go 'overdrawn' with regards to payments currently, so they can still obtain food as normal.
We apologise again for any inconvenience this may cause you and would like to reassure you we will resolve this as soon as possible.
