GCS Sixth continue to accept applications for entry in September 2026

We welcome applications from students currently in Year 11 at County, attending other schools in the local area, further afield and abroad. Unlike with Year 7 entry, there is no catchment area for applications to GCS Sixth.
All applicants will be welcomed to attend a short informal meeting during the Spring Term, where they will discuss their application with the Director of Sixth Form or another member of the School Leadership Team. Offers will released on a rolling basis after the meeting has taken place.
GCS Sixth is one of the most successful Post-16 providers in Surrey. Students go on to study at the most competitive universities or be accepted on to apprenticeship programmes at leading global businesses. GCS Sixth is diverse and inclusive, with over a third of students arriving to us new in Year 12.

Admission Criteria
Admission to GCS Sixth is dependent on achieving a minimum of 5 Grade 9-5s at GCSE, whilst also meeting the individual courses entry requirements as noted in the subject course outlines, which can be found in the Academic Pathway section.
