Virtual Open Evening

This year our Sixth Form Open Evening is Thursday 5th November 2020 from 6.00pm. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we are unable to welcome you in to school as we would like. This event will therefore be virtual.

We have a number of opportunities and ways for you to find out more about County Sixth Form and the courses available.

On this page you will find the following:

  • A link to the Sixth Form Prospectus
  • A link to the Course Outline Booklets (with a double page spread about each of the courses we offer)
  • A link to the application form
  • A short film to give you a taste of the Sixth Form
  • 'Talking Heads' for each course so you can hear from the subject specialists
  • A zoom link for a presentation at 6pm on Thursday 5th November by Mr Smith, Head of School and Mrs Nurton, Director of Sixth Form. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of this presentation. If you are unable to view this live, we will put the powerpoint presentation on the website after the event.
  • A schedule for subject Q&As for the week beginning 9th November 2020, together with zoom links for these. Please feel free to attend any of these you are interested in, to have your questions about the A level and BTEC courses answered by the subject specialists.

Sixth Form Presentation and Q&A session was on 5th November

A copy of the presentation will be posted here shortly
