Parents' Consultation Group

We are constantly aiming to enhance the quality of learning and teaching which our students experience, and to improve the overall organisation and efficiency of the school. To that end we actively seek different ways of gathering the views of our students and parents.

We have set up consultation group for the parents of students in Years 7 to 11. The group meets once a term after school with Mr Lewis, Head of Key Stage 3, Mrs Pretsell, Head of Year 7, and Mr Thorpe, Head of Key Stage 4, to discuss a range of matters related to learning, teaching and organisation. The group's meetings are enjoyable social occasions!

If you would like to be part of the group, and are willing to give up an hour or so of your time once a term, please contact any of the staff mentioned above to register your interest. We value your views, and welcome parents and carers with a range of backgrounds and opinions to help take the school forward.
